Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expédia. Site que j’ai utilise pour réserver. Il n’y a pas de mini frigo de micro onde dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de salon séparé des chambres. Elles ne sont pas insonorisées puisqu’on entendait tous ce que faisait les voisins. La douche était bouchée car l’eau ne s’évacuait pas dans le bac. Le mobilier était abîmé et vétuste. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Nice hotel, a bit oldfashioned but OK. Clean. Breakfast buffet is OK, not very big but larger than normally expected in France. Staff was not very positive when we arrived after 11 hours driving from Italy without any food. We came while restaurant was still full of people before 21 on a Saturday evening and was told in a very direct and unpolite way that we had to sit down in the restaurant immediately and order (we had not yet parked the car, used the bathroom or walked to dog who also was in the car for 11 hours). We ended up eating dry bread and cheese in our little hotel room because the hotel is in the middle of the mountain with no other restaurants...

Hôtel très sympathique, la qualité de cuisine était excellente, parcontre Hôtel.com propose des chambres dotées de cuisine avec ustensiles etc... Mais il n y a pas ce type d équipement dans aucunes des chambres. L établissement représente des chambres seules et non équipées de kichnette.

Très bonne adresse

Super établissement. L'accueil est top le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute du client. La chambre est confortable, propre et fonctionnelle. Bonus au dîner : on mange très bien, à prix raisonnable. J'y retournerai pour un séjour non professionnel pour pouvoir profiter du Spa.

Gîte confortable parfait pour randonneurs/familles

Pour les groupes d'amis ou familles, il est bon de savoir que l'hôtel Au Tilleul propose aussi des gîtes. Nous avions 5 lits individuels répartis dans 2 chambres. L'essentiel est mis à disposition pour le quotidien (vaisselle et tout l'électroménager cuisine, lave-linge,TV...). Nous avons ainsi pu petit-déjeuner et dîner sur place ou préparer nos pique-niques du lendemain. Il faut descendre à Orbey à quelques km pour trouver des commerces alimentaires (Intermarché, Proxi marché). La formule gîte n'inclue pas le spa et il est en supplément à raison de 50€ / semaine. Nous ne l'avons pas testé. Le restaurant présente un bon rapport qualité prix. La tarte flambée est de taille XL. Le personnel est agréable. L'environnement est très calme et la région est vraiment propice aux balades nature, avec de nombreux sentiers très bien balisés. L'établissement est proche de Colmar et des villages typiques d'Alsace comme Kayserberg, Riquewihr, Turckheim... Et juste en face de l'hôtel, le musée des métiers du bois.

Il y a mieux!!

Le négatif: Notre logement était en fait un gîte “vieillot“, il devait être au dernier étage avec un patio où un balcon avec vue sur la vallée mais nous étions au 1er étage sans extérieur et sans vue. Le spa était avec un supplément de 50€ pour la semaine que nous n’avons pas voulu rajouter. Sur nos papiers Hôtels.com il était noté que nous devions payer 12€ de taxe de séjour, ce que la dame qui nous avait remis les clés avait confirmé, le problème c’est que le monsieur du dernier jour m’en a réclamé 18 et devant mes arguments il a capitulé mais pas sympa!! Le positif: La qualité de la literie. Le restaurant, très beau, très bon, les serveuses très bien. (Petit coup de cœur pour le bar d’en face «Le bec salé» le patron nous a donné de très bon conseils pour nos visites et balades.)

Bonne adresse. A 700 m d'altitude au calme cet hôtel propose un petit spa bien fourni . La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.Excellent dîner au restaurant et petit déjeuner très varié et copieux.

Hôtel familial très bien tenu dans un village de moyenne montagne. Assez de places de parking. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et repas à la carte délicieux et copieux. Logement dans l'annexe ce qui est un avantage pour profiter du SPA. Nb manque de rangement dans la salle de bain
