"Very nice and accommodating host. Extremely clean and awesome decor. "

"Communication with owner was excellent. We arrived about 10 minutes prior to check in and the cleaner was just finishing up so we waited on the deck until then. There were 5 of us staying at the home for a work meeting which met our needs. Internet worked with all 5 of us logged in. There was plenty of space for our meetings around the table. Kitchen had adequate supplies and plenty of local restaurants to choose from in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for us. The house could use some updates and touch up on the painted walls as it is showing wear and tear and the carpets could use a deep clean. The landscaping looked unkept and overgrown which did not have a good first impression when we arrived. The deck was dirty and there was a wasp nest by the front door so we had frequent visitors. The house is large enough for bigger groups and a good central location to the northern Black Hills. "

"Very clean well stocked with cookware and eating utensils . Plenty of paper products. Also salt sugar some spices flour and general things for cooking meals.great location very comfortable beds accommodating living and dining areas.Host is friendly. Will rent again when in the area. Jerry "
