"Amazing hotel all around! The location can't be beat, with the Sapa Station in the building, and everything is within walking distance including shopping and plenty of restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it is an absolutely gorgeous building and our room was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this place and will gladly stay again - we didn't want to leave!"

"Our stay was amazing! Some key highlights: - staff was very helpful, kind, and welcoming the moment we arrived - we got upgraded to a “romantic bungalow” - free of charge! Room was very clean and perfect amount of space to relax - the restaurant in eco palms is delicious and very reasonably priced. We had delicious breakfast and dinner there every morning/night - amazing view of sapa right from our bungalow’s balcony - Yuli the hotel
