"I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Multi-lingual hotel manager and all the staff were outstanding in their friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast service… everyone at this hotel made a big effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and served in a beautiful dining room. My room was comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lots of hot water.
