"The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was a mess when I arrived. (Like hair in the shower) The hotel is very conveniently located so that is a huge plus and not super expensive. I felt safe the whole time, and staff was helpful when I arrived. "

"Great location! Close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Outdoor area was nice, would be even better in warmer months. My daughter loved playing with the basketball (a small goal would be a nice addition!) We had hoped to use the hot tub as the temps were mid-60's on our first day, but with it being March the hot tub area had not yet been readied for the season. We loved the upper balcony. Garage parking was a huge plus! Location felt safe. Good communication from the hosts. Floors were kind of dirty, but overall the unit was clean. We would stay at this location again!"

"VERY hot hottub & very clean - perfect!! The gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely property. The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."

"This is my first time writing a review about a hotel. No towels in the room following rooms service, the escalator opens and closes few times before takes your to the lower level, the staff checked in someone to my room while still reserved under my name at 2 am which was very unpleasant and scary experience for family. Very poor level of management and on hold to speak with someone at the front desk for a long time. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"This was hands down the worst hotel I've ever seen. Mattress was covered in piss stains, there was puke on the computer desk, the blinds were broken, dresser was missing drawers, the bad frame was straight up made of 2x4's, and the dude at the front desk was on a personal call the entire time he was checking me in. They also offer you a free can of Coke if you give them a 10/10 review. So desperate. I'm trying to get a refund right now because we refused to stay there under such conditions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. "
