"As hotels and rooms go this felt premium, easily on par with Canopy/Double Tree. The amenities were great, nice bar + cafe + bistro on site as well as a spa/pool. 5 minute walk from the tram system, 15-20 minute walk from town centre. Behind the hotel is an arcade containing convenience stores, eateries and a bar. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was enormous and had something for everyone. All told I would most certainly stay here again. I travel extensively for work and would safely say this is on the better end of accommodation."

"House keeping was horrible. Booked a mini suite for 3. Was only set up for 2. Asked front desk to correct came back late and front desk said they could do nothing. So no pillow or bedding for third person. They gave us a portable heater and pillow off of lobby chair Next day after complaining, still no bedding. Nothing till third night"

"I’m a loyal IHG member and this hotel delivered great service consistent with the brand. They had great facilities and secure parking. I was on a trip with a super car rental so this really mattered in case other tourists are concerned about safety of their vehicles. The location is excellent with easy and convenient access to many restaurants. Best of all genuinely great team who provided a lot of hospitality and accommodated all requests. "This was my favorite place we stayed on our whole trip. My only complaint was the room was a little on the small side, but easily overlooked with all the pros! It was cheap, it was comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful in helping me get out transportation sorted out when our train got cancelled. It is very close to the train station, I would absolutely stay here again!"
