Nice stay

Check in was very busy and the words be kind came to mind. This is a family owned Hotel NOT a chain. The facilities are a bit dated but the restaurant and service in there is FANTASTIC! And great food. Perfectly adequate. Breakfast is fine. There are steps to get up to reception but staff happy to help with heavy luggage. Lift up to your rooms

OK voor een nacht

Het hotel is schoon en wanneer beschikbaar gratis parking in de straat. Kamers inclusief badkamer schoon. Bij temperaturen 40 graden probleem geen airco op de kamer en lobby. Ontbijt basic en wordt niet automatisch aangevuld, beetje rommelige ruimte.

Ich bin mit dem Zug angereist und besuchte ein Musical, gut daran ist, daß es nur 2 Haltestellen sind, aber wenn ein Gast schon ziemlich spät unterwegs ist, daß doch etwas passieren kann, dann doch lieber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren.

O hotel nao tinha recepção aberta quando chegamos, e o atendimento era feito por um computador, que não encontrava nossa reserva, precisei ligar para um telefone para alguem autorizar minha entrada, então foi complicado de fazer o check in e acessar o quarto. Quarto grande, confortavel, bom cafe da manha, e no outro dia a mulher que estava na recepção pediu desculpas pelo inconveniente. Estacionamento tambem é oferecido pelo hotel, mas nao conseguimos acessar.

Gut gelegen für einen Theaterbesuch, das Essen im anliegenden Restaurant ist ebenfalls gut. Das Hotel war ausgebucht, dennoch war das Frühstück angenehm, es haben sich alle gut um einen gekümmert und es fehlte an nichts. Danke

Es ist das perfekte Hotel um ans SI Zentrum zu kommen. Entweder zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn! Das Frühstück war super klasse. Auch das Zimmer war einfach perfekt für uns. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, wenn wir in Stuttgart übernachten wollen

Das Hotel an sich ist gut gelegen. Fußläufig vom Stage Theater weg. Auch die Zimmer sind ordentlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Ich hatte vorher noch das Hotel angeschrieben, da meine Tochter mit Ihrem Firmkind dort ein Zimner gebucht hatten und um ein ruhiges Doppelzimmer gebeten. Die beiden Mädchen hatten dann ein Zimmer vor der Raucherterrasse erhalten, wo alle Raucher vor ihrem Fenster vorbeigelaufen sind.Soviel zum Service des Hotels. Das war wirklich eibe Enttäuschung. Waren jetzt bereits 3 Mal dort. Das vierte Mal wird es nicht geben.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich , das Frühstück gut ....Unser Entsetzen galt der nicht vorhandenen Badtür und ein so gut plazierter Spiegel , dass wirklich jede Bewegung im Bad super zu sehen ist. Vielleicht ist es auch noch keinem aufgefallen , aber das halbe Hotel trifft sich morgens im Keller, wo es Toilettenkabinen gibt , um sich zu erleichtern. So nett die Menschen dort auch waren , dies ist für uns ein absolutes No Go für eine weitere Buchung...
