"Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
"Great property but i have 3 “negative” or should I say, constructive criticism to tell:
1- Dont charge for extra pillows (pillows are super soft and uncomfortable)
2- Blankets are super thin and needed a second one to keep myself warm.
3- the pool area is beautiful but the floor is very slippery when you get out of pool…i took a tumble myself, almost fell…and later I spoke to the manager about it. It could have been a really disaster and ruined my vacation. "
"O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã.
No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade.
O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas.
Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta."
"The breakfast is very good; you have juices, coffee, fruit, and eggs. The room is just adequate for the price I paid, although the facilities are a bit dated. The area around the hotel is a bit unsafe at night."
