This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here. Check in was very quick, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a central area of ​​BH, very close to everything and with easy access to the highways.

Good experience

I stayed in the hotel dor one night. The rooms were good, but it didn’t has enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom and shower were great. The rooms had a good noise isolation as well. I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the free parking helped a lot.

os quartos são confortáveis, tv a cabo, ar condicionado, só que no quarto que fiquei a janela não abrir estava emperrada, o banheiro é bom, mas o box é muito pequeno e a porta abre pra dentro, molha todo o piso do banheiro por este motivo, a ducha é ótima, banho massageador.

Pontos positivos : Atendimento extremamente amigável e simpático. Parabéns aos profissionais da recepção e ao rapaz da manutenção noturna com cabelo grande. O café da manhã é muito legal. Excelente custo benefício. Pontos de atenção : as toalhas estão um pouco surradas. O hotel precisa de alguma manutenção (lâmpadas queimadas, ducha higiênica vazando). No geral, uma experiência agradável.

Não me hospedaria novamente. Os funcionários são muito ríspidos e respondem as perguntas de forma deselegante. Fiz uma hospedagem para 3 pessoas no quarto, havia só 2 toalhas, liguei para pedir mais uma e a moça respondeu “se quiser mais tem que buscar” (assim, sem um boa tarde antes). Mas não é só. Eles nos tratam como se estivessem fazendo um grande favor. Os travesseiros são terríveis. Por outro lado, a comida do restaurante é boa e para fazer check in e checkout foi bem rápido. Não voltaria

Uma ressalva, espaço pequeno do refeitorio

Hotel muito bom, unica queixa seria em relação ao espaço do restaurante, é pequeno para a quantidade de hospedes, tivemos que ficar algum tempo em pe ate a liberação de alguma mesa. Mas o cafe é muito bom, com grande variedade.

Ótima localização, atendimento, limpeza.

Ótimo! Os funcionários muito solicitos, eu fiquei para fazer tratamento de saúde, é pertinho do hospital MaterDei da contorno, perto da clínica do meu médico. Fiquei em duas ocasiões no mesmo mês… antes da internação para procedimento e após para repouso. Café muito gostoso e sempre muito cheio, os pratos das refeições são excelentes, saborosos e fartos. Pena que não tem opção de escolher cardápio no jantar.

Excelente mas só no primeiro dia consegui pedir, em todos demais dias não estavam fazendo.

Satisfação

Gostei muito da acomodação, um quarto grande, bem arejado e bem limpo, uma cama muito confortável e um banheiro muito bom e bem limpo. A única coisa de que não gostei foi a coberta que tinha lá no quarto, uma mantinha na verdade, bem fina e surrada. O restaurante muito bom com um cardápio bem gostoso e um café da manhã maravilhoso muito variado, divino. O estacionamento requer bastante cuidado para manobrar nele, mas nada impossível. No geral super recomendo o hotel e ficaria nele novamente quando for nessa região.
