Rustic Cozy Cabin at the base of Greenhorn Mountain.

Bigfoot is waiting to welcome you to Bearlane’s cabin on Graneros Creek sitting at the base of Greenhorn Mountain in Rye, Co. Only 45 minutes south of Pueblo, this rustic 3-bedroom, 1 bath cabin sleeps up to 10 guests (7 in main Cabin/
3 in The Cub Cave). Please notify host if you plan on using the Cub Cavehhas it's own entry Keypad.

PLEASE NOTE: We accept a dog under 50lbs ($35 Fee)

Sitting near a relaxing running creek, in a quiet neighborhood, and among multiple 50’ pines, you will experience many of nature’s greatest gifts such as deer, Abert squirrels, foxes, and on some occasions, bears and mountain lions.


A full kitchen with most needed cooking items, a tv with streaming apps, a DVD player with movies, and multiple games are just some of the features that await you on the inside. Depending on the time of the year you visit, you may experience the natural water slides at San Isabel (15 minutes away), Hollydot Golf Course (15 minutes away) World Famous Bishop’s Castle (25 minutes away) beautiful San Isabel Lake 20 minutes away) and numerous hiking trails all around.
We now have a kayak and a paddle board at the cabin to rent, contact host for that information. If you are visiting during the summer season, you are able to Kayak or fish at beautiful San Isabel Lake, go sliding down the natural water slide, hike the trails, BBQ on the patio, play cornhole, ride bikes (we have 6 bikes of assorted sizes) golf at Hollydot Golf Course, or relax in the hammock while listening to the relaxing sound of the creek 20 feet away. If you are visiting during the winter season, you are able to enjoy a nice day on San Isabel Lake ice fishing, experience many miles of trials of snowshoeing, and laugh while sledding at San Isabel or down Linger Longer Lane, all while coming back to the warm crackling fireplace waiting for you, or if you are looking to escape while still having to work, connect to our wifi and sit by the creek and get the best of both worlds.

The charge is per stay with a maximum of 10 guests.
Check out is promptly at 10:30 AM. Late Check out will incur a $50 per hour fee.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful proporty with a varity of fire pits and outside seating. The creek was our favorite area. Owners were welcoming, and helped to make the visit special! Would love to visit again!

Girls trip!

Myself, my teen daughter and sister n law stayed at the cabin for a mini girls trip and it was awesome! Beautiful cabin, so accommodating and great location. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at this cabin. It is one of our favorites because of the running creek in the back and the cozy atmosphere of the cabin. We stayed here this time for our wedding. We wanted a place that was special, and this was certainly it!!!

Quaint cozy cabin in the woods

My 11 year old daughter and I and our pup stayed at this wonderful cabin. It was very clean, comfortable, and has an amazing atmosphere inside and out. Love this place!😃❤️🏔️

Perfect Stay!

We had the best time with our family of 4 at this cabin. It was perfect for young kids. The fireplace was ready to go with plenty of wood, the kids had fun finding all the Bigfoots, the owners even left gifts for the kids and treats! We loved it and definitely would go back!

The property was well taken care of had a nice backyard fire pit, creek, and was in a nice cozy location. Very close to hiking trails and a was a great experience. The hosts were great and even had items for us to make s’mores! We will be back!

Peaceful Getaway

There were many things that made our three day visit to this cabin wonderful. The creek mere feet from the back door, the chairs at the edge of the water, the back porch where I played my guitar and enjoyed the peacefulness. The cabin was well stocked, clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful cabin

This is our second stay at this cabin and we truly love it. We stayed with our two girls and dog and the cabin was cozy, but comfortable. The host is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I feel like they bed over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. The creek in the backyard is definitely a highlight and we love to spend hours sitting by it.

Quiet and peaceful cabin in the woods

We truly enjoyed our stay here. While the weather didn't allow us to make use of the outdoor area, the cabin was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed how it was decorated. We were able to explore the area and hope to come back again for further exploration and hopefully to be able to enjoy the creek and some outdoor dining. Thank you!

Love this place

The owners put a lot of effort in their preparation of this cabin as they have thought of most everything that people will need to enjoy a few days off the grid. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your tooth brush or some other necessity; they had us covered. We enjoyed mornings cooking on the wood fired stove and the evenings relaxing by the fireplace. We really enjoyed our time here and even spotted a mountain lion.

This was a beautiful spot, very accommodating for us and our dog. Quick and easy communicating with host if needed. Cabin has great instructions throughout that answer most questions one might have. Beautiful scenery, well stocked with basic cooking and dinnerware.. We will definitely return!
