7 Lydd Road is located in an enviable position, is the perfect 'home from home' for everyone. This property is well-equipped, making it an ideal choice for a chilled break! enjoying the sea, beach! and all that goes with it, all on your doorstep.

The famous sandy Camber Sand beach is a 2min walk away. There are delicious restaurants and cafes that are just minutes from your front door. This property offers a truly tranquil getaway!

The space
Upon your arrival you’ll also have complimentary snack bars, Tea & coffee and milk in the fridge or if you're feeling hot, there will be ice poles in the freezer to enjoy.

This comfortable, stylish three bedrooms can accommodate 6 people comfortably with a Super king size bed, 2 single beds and a bunk bed, which is themed for our younger guests.

All bedrooms benefit from soft sheets and fluffy bath towels provided.

The double bedrooms have a TV with Freeview. You will be spoilt with both a Hair dryer and Hair straightens , Wardrobe, full-length mirror, an iron with ironing board.

The lovely bathroom has a bath with shower & a TV, perfect for relaxation and catching up with your shows while you're showering or relaxing in your bathtub.

Benefitting from an open-plan living area, the property has a well-equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine.
There is also a large dining table with space for 6 people to enjoy dinner parties and a highchair for the small guest to join.

Two large sofas make up the lounge area with side tables and a wall mounted Smart TV, DVD player and a range of various DVDs or alternatively various games and books.
For those need to do a little work while away there is a writing bureau that opens up to be a desk. Also there is a downstairs toilet.

On opening the double doors to the rear garden, you have a decked outdoor space with a picnic bench for alfresco dining !! with a brick-built BBQ at the back to enjoy and for using your complementary marshmallow kit!!

The BEACH HUT!! located on the driveway, inside there is a beach trolley with a cool box, wind breaker, bat & ball, Frisbee !! all for your enjoyment and to make it easier going to the beach.

To the BRAVE adventurers , we have created a small puzzle game, crack the code on the treasure box to reveal the treasure!!!!!! ( a small gift)

Just a 5-minute walk away there is a newly refurbished play park for the young ones.

We operate a self-check in system for your convenience using a key safe. All codes will be sent the day before travel.

Parking is notoriously difficult in Camber at peak times. However, there is a private driveway at the front with space for 2 vehicles .

Bus, 293,553,102,70 - from Rye, Railway Station to Camber, Pontins - 14 min -£3 / £5

Taxi from Rye to Lydd Road - 6 min One-Way from - £12 - £15
Other things to note
Generally, Check -in time is 3 pm.
On checkout -please can I ask that you vacate the house at 10 am prompt - this is to allow us to prepare for future guests especially during the busy summer period.
If possible, please remove your bed linen and leave it in each bedroom.
I would very much appreciate your assistance with these points.
