Cot and highchair. Enclosed patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Large lawned garden with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 12 steps in the garden. Please note: Sorry no hen or stag parties, family and couples only.. Willow Barn is one of the largest additions to the Fernhill Farm Collection. This is a beautifully presented three-bedroom barn conversion set in a peaceful rural location.



Internally, Willow Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with the focal point being the wood burner. Externally, access to the patio and private lawn area is through the bi-folding doors and features a table and four chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. You’ll also find a large shared lawned area.



If you do not want to stray too far there are many pretty walks around the Wootton Bridge village and also of interest is Firestone Copse with picnic sites and walks, with views across the Millpond. Quarr Abbey, Osborne House and St Mildreds Church, Whippingham are also nearby.



A hotel and spa is 200m from the farm and happily, Fernhill Farm guests receive a 20% discount off spa treatments. They also have a stylish brasserie for relaxed dining on those evenings when you feel like venturing out.
