Останавливались в отеле 1-2 мая. Впечатления только превосходные! Начиная с чистоты и комфорта номера и заканчивая вкуснейшим и разнообразным завтраком! Отель очень хорошо расположен, в центре города, совсем рядом Почтовая улица- улица для прогулок и массой кафе! Обслуживание в отеле на высоком уровне, персонал внимателен и доброжелателен. Я очень рекомендую отель» Старый город» для гостей города!

Прекрасный отель

Прекрасный отель, отвечающий всем необходимым требованиям для полноценного отдыха и работы. Очень хороший дизайн, где удобство и комфорт гостей являются основными приоритетами. Отлично обученный персонал. Красивый уютный номер с приятным дизайном. В номере есть все необходимое и даже больше. Хороший разнообразный завтрак. Вежливый персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане. Тихо и достаточно чисто. Рекомендую!

Отличный отель в центре Рязани

Прекрасный отель: уютные номера с новой мебелью, удобная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, устойчивый сигнал wi-fi, прекрасный завтрак. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже немного сверх того: чайник и чай-кофе, штопор, тапочки, сейф. Отличная локация - в шаговой доступности от пешеходной улицы Почтовой и Кремля, рядом много кафе и пара-тройка супермаркетов. Отдельно хочу сказать о персонале: девушки на ресепшн очень вежливые и приятные в общении, заселили молниеносно за пару минут, ребята на завтраке - тоже молодцы, всё быстро, с улыбкой и культурно. Очень рекомендую этот отель.

Персонал отеля портит все, особенно их управляющий. Он там просто Бог, или даже выше,на мнение постояльцев ему "пофиг" (цитата). При высоком ценнике, сервиса и комфорта нет. За все берут деньги, и немалые. А комфорта ноль. В номерах слабое кондиционирование, скудный завтрак.

Новое место в Рязани

Новый отель, чистый и хорошо со вкусом меблированный. В номере все необходимое, начиная от халат, тапочек, туалетных принадлежностей, заканчивая кофе, чай и бутилированная вода. Хороший завтрак. Отель расположен в центре города в нескольких шагах от пешеходной улицы где много чудесных кафе и баров. непосредственно в здании отеля расположен Бристоль паб и несколько кафе.

Surely the best hotel in Ryazan

Hotel remodeled with traditional taste while functional and modern. The staff is very attentive and correct. The restaurants are very well served. Breakfast is a little short, however there is a cook for hot dishes. Good private parking. Good wifi.

毎日お部屋にミネラルウオーターやティーバッグだけではなくジュースやビールまで無料で持ってきてくださり大変感激しました。一階のカフェで使える無料のコーヒーチケットも頂きました。スタッフの方々は感じの良い方ばかりです。お部屋も毎日綺麗に掃除がされていてとても快適に過ごせるホテルでした。また是非泊まりたいと思います。

Прекрасный отель, в который хочется вернуться! Чистота и комфорт, приятный интерьер, безупречное обслуживание, отличный, разнообразный (на любой вкус) завтрак, бесплатный мини-бар, очень удобная кровать, подземная парковка, наличие в одном комплексе ресторана, пиццерии, бара, кофейни, наконец, хорошее расположение отеля в шаговой доступности от всех достопримечательностей города - это далеко не полный перечень того, что мне понравилось в Старом городе! Рекомендую.

Практически новый отель в центре Рязани.Обещают открыть и фитнесс зал там же.Удобная парковка.Кремль рядом в пешей доступности!Музеи и художественная галерея рядом.Неплохие кафешки и ресторан на местном Арбате.В любую точку города удобно добираться

А мы идём, шагаем по Рязани!

Не смотря на то, что время заезда в отель с 14:00 (выезд в 12:00), нас без проблем оформляют раньше срока. Это приятно! Осматриваю просторное лобби. В отделке привалирует тёмное дерево, комфортная мягкая мебель разбита на уютные зоны отдыха, по стенам антиквариат, зеркала, картины, вазы с цветами и прочие приятности... По набору удобств номера в "Старом городе" 4* делятся на три категории: "Стандарт", "Комфорт" и "Люкс", которым присвоены названия европейских городов. Нам на четвёртом этаже достался улучшенный двухместный номер "Комфорт" Мюнхен (бронировали на Hotels.com). Он в жёлтых тонах с белой в классическом стиле оформленной мебелью. Площадь 35 кв.м. Большой плоский телевизор на стене. Кондиционер. Бесплатный Wi-Fi не только в номере, но и на всей территории отеля (работает быстро). Удобный санузел (туалет, ванна, душевая кабина) с богатым оснащением: халаты, тапочки, фен, полотенца, туалетные принадлежности и прочие мелочи... Электрочайник с набором чай-кофе-сахар. Бесплатный минибар-холодильник. В меню: 2 бутылочки пива "Миллер", 2 маленьких пакетика сока, 2 бутылочки воды по 0,5 л, арахис, шоколадки и порционное молоко... Сразу, заканчивая тему отеля, расскажу о завтраке, включённом в стоимость проживания. Завтраки проходят с 7:00 до 10:00 на первом этаже в красивом большом зале по системе "шведский стол".

Прекрасный отель для лучшего отдыха!

Прекрасный и красивый отель! Выше всяких похвал! Один из самых лучших, где я была, а их было достаточно много в моей туристической жизни. Вкусный завтрак с огромным выбором, замечательные рестораны при отеле,отличное месторасположение, все очень красиво и душевно. Прекрасный персонал за редким исключением. Мне кажется, Старый Город - это одна из главных достопримечательностей Рязани! :) Туристы из других отелей постоянно приходили его фотографировать. Из минусов могу отметить молодого человека на ресепшене Александра, нам он показался достаточно недружелюбным, в отличие от других сотрудников, с которыми сталкивались в дальнейшем. Также, Александр дал нам номер, выходящий на крышу ресторана, а не с видом на город, хотя отель не был заполнен полностью и, наверняка, были свободные номера с нормальным видом.
