Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home. Dish television and DVD player, available as well as free access to fiber internet . Lots of books to read, some movies and games available for time spent inside.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.

Memories Made

My husband’s family has their family reunion most years at Petit Jean State Park. This year they were doing some renovations and we decided to stay outside the park. This home was the perfect place for our family. My grands and I love to read and the peacefulness made it so easy to relax and get lost in our books. And the hummingbirds!

As advertised. Owner made contact on arrival day and reviewed check-in. We loved the view and how quiet the entire stay was. The location was good. Only 3 minutes to Stout Point to watch the sunrise and 7 minutes to Mather Lodge for sunset and trails.
