I always stay here when visiting my daughter at ATU. It’s close to the highway, campus, shopping and several great places to eat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I am so sorry to hear about your tv problems, we sent maintenance up immediately to check on the issue. I apologize that it could not be fixed during your stay.
This was our fourth hotel on our trip from NJ to Kansas City. It was such a pleasure to be in a room where everything worked - heat, shower, room blackout shades. There was even a white noise device which was a plus. The facility was clean and updated. And it included a very nice free breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

The room smelled of marijuana. The deadbolt would not latch at all and the secondary interior latch was useless as the door would just open easily just rubbing it.

Convenient to tech...disappointed both bathrooms in both rooms were dirty with hair and urine...and when i reported it to front desk and asked for disinfectant wipes it took some time to provide with no apology for dirty bathrooms.

Was in town for a Basketball tournament. Hotel was in a good area and right off the highway. Central to the areas I visited. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Bedding on sofa bed and roll away bed had blood and urine stains on them. The guy when we checked in had no personality whatsoever. Dog barking all morning. Employee in the breakfast area complaining about “people making multiple trips” is why all the eggs are gone.

I am mortified to hear this! It has always been our policy to dispose of any sheets with blood for health reasons, so for this to have happened is concerning and will be discussed with my staff. I sincerely apologize. I will be speaking with my breakfast staff as well as we hope that our guests feel free to enjoy as much breakfast as they please. I never want any of my guests to feel as if they are unwelcome.

The in-room chair was uncomfortable, the coffee was bad.

Thank you for reviewing! I am sorry to hear that you found our in-room chair to be uncomfortable. Our king ADA rooms have a recliner in them, we only have two of those room types, but if you let us know the next time you book we will do our best to get you in one of those rooms.

Our kids and grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The hotel is in a very convenient location for those who are passing through or visiting family. Very close to dining and gas stations. The beds were very comfortable as well.

The jets in the hot tub didn’t work and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Other that those things, nice hotel, very clean and quiet and friendly staff

Thank you for your review! I am so sorry you found our beds to be uncomfortable, we are in the process of replacing them.
We had someone try to open the door in the middle of the night but we were by the elevator. Not the hotels fault but still part of our experience. No other issues. This hotel made us want to stay at more / look into more la quintas due to the cleanliness and pet accommodations. It was a great place to stop for the night. Thank you!
