Garage with door opener. Newly remodeled everything inside all new furniture through out the house. Located in Russellville close to Mt. Nebo, Lake Dardanelle, ANO. Wifi is provided. Paper (towels & toilet paper) products are supplied. NO SMOKING inside AT ALL!!!

The rest of my family has finally gotten to stay in the “pink house”!

Always a joy to stay here. We consider this home our home when we come to Russellville. Always enjoy our stay! The property is always so nice and clean.

Great place-enjoyed 4 state parks during our stay

This is a clean, well stocked home close to shopping, dining and easy drives to some beautiful state parks in the area. Check in and communication with the host was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We were in town for a bass tournament and this property was perfect. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of fishing and chill. Definitely better than a hotel and cheaper.

Great home base for exploring the beauty of the area

Amanda’s place was perfect for our long weekend away. We used it as a home base with our dogs to go hiking at the many state parks and other trails nearby. The house had everything we needed.

Thanksgiving in Russellville

Stayed here while visiting family in Russellville over the Thanksgiving holiday. Home was very easy to get to. Very nice and clean. It was close to where we were meeting our family, so that made our trip even better.

Great location for visiting state parks

This is a clean, well stocked home in Russellville. Our visit was planned to visit nearby state parks. Visited Mt Nebo (20 minutes), My Magazine (approx 1hr), and Petit Jean (30-40minutes). This place is a great as a fairly central point for all.

Good Stay

It was a good stay and it was nice to have the extra room since we had an ice storm one day and had to stay in. I wish there had been some instruction for how to use the TV, Trash Collection and how to use the digital door lock.

Staying with family for eclipse

I have rentals of my own and Amanda was more than a manager-she treated us like we were part of her family. She did what she could to make our stay the best. The house had 3 bedrooms and two baths. Was perfect for my wife and myself, daughter and to grand girls. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A soft place to land

I was in Russellville to clean up my mothers property, and it was not a great time. I was amazing to get back to Amanda’s place and be able to take a great shower have some dinner and get a good nights sleep. The neighborhood is quiet, even over the 4th of July. If I go out with a group again, we’d stay there. Thank you Amanda for your hospitality.

A quick trip for a Memorial

This property worked out great for my aunt's memorial. Close to all the things we needed and centrally located between family living in different towns. Amanda was a great host!! We are already planning a happier trip in the up coming spring. We will definitely look to stay here again. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable home, with all the things you need. Close to grocery stores. So nice to have room to spread out and relax. Thanks again to our great host Amanda.

Boston Place House

This was the 2nd time we stayed here within a 4 year period. It’s a great place to stay and it accepts dogs. This time we noticed that there was furniture that had been scratched by pets & kitchen ceiling light cover was missing (could have been for better lighting). It has a full size washer & dryer, stocked kitchen appliances, bed linens & towels. This is a very clean property. Amanda is a wonderful hostess. She made sure the house was nice and cool when we arrived to go inside from this summertime of heat wave.

Different daughter same trip!

One of my daughters and her children have been coming with me every year for the last 8 years. This year I brought a different daughter and her kids. (I did bring the other daughter earlier in the year.). This daughter enjoyed it as much as my other daughter did. This is our home when we are in Arkansas. My grandkids are always excited to stay in the (Pink) house! It was wonderful as usual! Thank you so much! We’ll be back in the fall!

Awful Beds/Very Clean, Modern, and Safe

Three spring form mattresses should have been thrown away years ago. We purchased a 3” memory foam topper hoping to not feel all of the springs, it barely helped. I weigh 130lbs so can not imagine how much more the average weight person would feel each of the springs. The only other issue was SEVEN tabletop air fresheners, which I promptly removed. It was all I could taste all night. Beyond that it was exceptionally clean, well maintained, well furnished, quiet and safe. Neighbors were very friendly. Water pressure and temperature was good, washer and dryer worked well. Extending our stay was very easy.
