This was horribly unfortunate for all the guests with us that night and we can not apologise enough for the disrespectful and immature behaviour from this group of so-called "adult" patrons. We will not be accepting them back into our park and we do hope you come and stay with us again and experience what a true stay at Russell is like. Hi. I am sorry to hear you found our accommodation lack lustre. Had you brought the dripping pipe to our attention we would have done our best to rectify the issue for you during your stay. With regards to the overflow of water we had a burst drainage pipe during your stay, which was unfortunate, but has since been rectified.
