joli appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche centre ville et attractions touristiques Bonne communication Appartement non climatisĂ© par contre, un peu gĂȘnant en pĂ©riode de canicule car malgrĂ© l'Ă©paisseur des murs, il faisait chaud. Au niveau Ă©quipements : rĂ©frigĂ©rateur un peu trop petit pour 4 personnes et petit Ă©vier, ce qui n'est pas pratique d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle.

Bon sejour

L'appartement est agrĂ©able et Ă  proximitĂ© du centre ville. PiĂšce de vie spacieuse et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e, l'appartement reste frais malgrĂ© les fortes chaleurs extĂ©rieures. Petit bĂ©mol : nous avions 3 rĂ©seaux ( orange, sfr et bouygues) et aucun ne passait, donc pas d'accĂšs internet et trĂšs peu tĂ©lĂ©phone. La salle de bain est humide malgrĂ© la vmc avec une odeur peu agrĂ©able qui remonte. Il manque des rangements pour les vĂȘtements, nous Ă©tions 3 et c'Ă©tait trĂšs juste, d'autant que le seul placard, dans la salle de bain, Ă©tait encombrĂ© d'objets. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est nĂ©anmoins trĂšs intĂ©ressant et nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Urlaub an der Ardeche in Ruoms

Die Lage der Wohnung war unter dem Aspekt der ZentralitĂ€t sehr gut. Schnell ist man an den Hot Spots der Ardeche wie bspw. Vallon Pont d'Arc und auch die nette Kleinstadt Ruoms bietet alles, was Touristen brauchen. Auch lĂ€sst sich dort eine wunderschöne Wanderung an der Ardeche absolvieren. Einfach danach in der Touristenninformation fragen. Die Wanderung ist ca.10 Km lang. Gute Badespots gibt es rund um Ruoms oder bei Vallon Pont d'Arc. Ruoms selbst hat keinen schönen Badeplatz. Aber nicht weit von Ruoms bzw.noch bei Ruoms finden sich schöne Badestellen. Die Wohnung ist angenehm kĂŒhl, sauber, gerĂ€umig und hat eine Terasse (allerdings ohne idyllischen Garten oder Natur allgemein). DafĂŒr liegt sie nur 2 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
