"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! "es war sehr dreckig. Dusche nicht dicht. Badezimmer war allgemein sehr dreckig. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und musste selbst gefüllt werden(mein mann ist vom fach) betten im Kinderzimmern sehr dreckig. Matratzen im Elternzimmer sehr hart und haben nicht in die Fassung gepasst. Für die paar Tage und der Zustand des Objektes viel zu teuer."

However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit."

"A great place to stay if you have to be in Assen. It's in an almost perfect location in the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the restaurant was also excellent. If you arrive or depart on a Wednesday or Saturday, be aware that there is a wonderful local market in front of the hotel.on those days. If you need to take a taxi on those days, the taxi will pick you up / drop you off at the end of the street (about 200 meters from the hotel entrance)."
