Relax with abundant wildlife steps from Links Golf Course!

  • Located right behind the Links Golf Course you'll find our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, and half bath condo decorated with sophistication and high end furnishings. The first floor features the living room, our well equipped kitchen, dining room, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find two full bedrooms, beautifully decorated with comfortable king sized beds and linens. Two full bathrooms freshly remodel. The master bedroom en suite is also equipped with a smart TV/DVD/

    Outside is a spacious patio with a gorgeous view of wilderness pines, abundant wildlife, and the Links Golf Course. Quiet and serene, you can snuggle with a good book by the fireplace. Please enjoy free wi-fi to connect your phones and computers. We also have connectivity to our smart TV with DVD and Netflix. We have central air conditioning for the summer !!!

    The kitchen is nicely equipped with built-in microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, storage containers, pots and pans, bakeware, and all small appliances you need. If cooking isn't your thing, Farley's Restaurant is around the corner less than half a mile away. We're also just 3 short miles to the Ski Run turn off, and approximately 5 minutes from downtown Ruidoso.

    All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush !!

    Our parking lots allow for (1) car to be parked in front of each condo.

Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions via messaging! Unit was very convenient and close to many places we visited. The unit was clean, and coffee, water bottles and chips were available for our use. While we really enjoyed our stay, a towel rack in one bathroom upstairs was broken and there was no detergent available for our use of the washing machine--minor issues. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

We had an enjoyable stay. Very clean and everything we needed. The stairs to the bedrooms are pretty steep for those that may have trouble with stairs. Bathrooms very nice and clean.

Upstairs bedroom and baths nicely updated and clean. Beautiful location - quiet, peaceful setting less than 10 minutes away from shops and food. Nice deck with table. We found it a little tough to use the inside dining table as the chairs were so high that you couldn’t get your legs underneath. We got around that by eating at the bar. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Ruidoso!

Very nice, upgraded furniture, appliances, etc. Nice location nest to golf course. The bottled cold water dispenser was great. Excellent patio, furniture, Bar BQ. Beds very comfortable. Can't think of anything that could be improved on.

Christmas Getaway

My family enjoyed the condo very much!! We loved how pretty everything was and the decor of the house. We were also greeted every morning by a couple of mule deer and some elk. The hostess was very informative and the check in and check out process was smooth. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a getaway to Ruidoso. It is very close to the town and the turn off to Ski Run Road. It’s was a fun Christmas trip!

We loved our stay. The condo is very comfortable. It had all the cooking utensils we needed. A/C was necessary to be comfortable in day time. would stay here again if I return to Ruidoso. Only negative is the stairs.. They are steep.

Perfect getaway

We loved the condo! Saw elk and mule deer onsite every morning and it was just the right amount of space for our family of 4. Nearby restaurants and fun things to do, as well. Would definitely stay again ☺️ I will say that I wish the shower heads were a little higher. Some of us are tall and has to crouch when showering, which was difficult after days of skiing.

The condo was very comfy. Living room furniture is so easy to relax & get comfy. Nice to have a bathroom downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Kitchen dining table is nice but chairs are too high for it so not super comfortable to eat at. Master bathroom could use some upgrading. But all in all it was very relaxing. Woke to seeing deer outside the kitchen window every morning. Neighborhood is very quiet. And it is easy to get to anywhere in town from the condo.The owner was extremely fast at communicating back. We would definitely stay here again.
