  • This Mid-Town Marvel is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Beautiful Wingfield park is just down the street with a walking path for your enjoyment. We have a beautiful deck for your nature viewing with spectacular mountain views. We are continually upgrading to provide the best experience.
    There is plenty to do in Ruidoso with only 0.5 mile to Mid-Town/18 miles to Ski Apache/3.5 miles to Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino

Christmas getaway

Overall the house was nice. Nice location, close to shopping. Saw an abundance of deer in the neighborhood. Owner was in great communication with all questions that were asked. There was some issues with cleanliness that was addressed to owner. Some things were in disrepair...gates to porch, sliding door downstairs not very secure.

Dirty place! Not safe for kids

The place was filthy and there was dust everywhere. I had to wiped down every surface and sweep and mopped so my kids can come inside. Talked to owner and she said she hadn’t been there in some time. I would think twice of renting this place.
