Property has not been maintained in a long time. Everything is old and outdated. Not safe and not clean. Ex: nails on the pool floor, broken chairs at the pool area, loose nails on the deck rails. Very poor management. Will be the last time I stay there.

I have stayed at various places all around Ruidoso and this place was my favorite! It had beautiful views and you really felt the "Ruidoso" experience. My family also realy liked this place. It was cozy, quiet, clean and family oriented. Will definitely be back.

This was obviously an older unit that did not earn the RCI silver rating. The pool was okay and warm. We asked for toilet paper and were told we had to go buy our own. Our deck was comfortable and had enough chairs for the five of us. Since the unit slept 6 it was a chair short. One of the cupboard doors fell apart when we opened it!
