Bright, sunny apartment on the 1st Located on the floor. The wide, furnished south-facing balcony with a wonderful mountain view lets the day begin with a leisurely breakfast. The kitchen-cum-living room with an equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hot plates, refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining set and sofa bed for one person also offers television and Internet via WLAN for relaxation and entertainment after an eventful day. The rustic bedroom with double bed and new laminate floor also has a make-up option.
Our guests are welcome to use the sunny west terrace for barbecues.
A charcoal grill and an electric grill are available.
The large lawn invites you to sunbathe.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The new leisure card will be available free of charge from May 1st, 2017.
The new card offers you more services, a more varied offer and thus greater holiday enjoyment during your stay in Ruhpolding and our house. All services - with the exception of the bus routes - can be used once per week (every 7 nights).
You will receive the Chiemgau Card | Ruhpolding & Inzell, as usual, is conveniently handed over to us as a small "treat" on arrival, as it is very important to us that you have a carefree stay with us.
