"Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Check- in hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten trotzdem innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach gehalten, es gibt eine mini Küchenzeile, die zum einen sehr alt und zum anderen nur mit 2 Herdplatten und ohne Backofen oder Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist.Hier sollte man keine Ansprüche haben.Auch sonst sind alle Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Das Bad ist allerdings...

"Das Haus und der Garten waren wunderschön, die Einrichtung urig. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur deshalb, weil die Vermieter zwar sehr nett waren, aber die Infos nur spärlich flossen. So sind wir niemand, der die Schubladen durchwühlt, also haben wir den W-Lan Zugang erst am vorletzten Tag gefunden und die Karten was wir alles mit der Chiemgaukarte machen konnten auch erst 2 Tage vor Abreise. Ansonsten ein idyllisches Plätzchen, eine phantastische Aussicht, ein wunderschöner Garten, eine wirklich...

"Wir hatten bei Oliver einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der FeWo ist am Hang, man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Ort und auf die Berge. Es gibt rings herum reichlich Natur und Wanderwege. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"We had a wonderful experience. Erne and Samantha were perfect hosts and helped us with any questions we had. Samantha even had a homemade cake waiting for us upon our arrival! The interior of the house was beautiful. Seven of us were completely comfortable there and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The house was also very clean. If ever we return to Germany, this will be our first stop. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Ruhpolding area."

"Samantha and Arne have done an amazing job of transforming their historic property into a modern space. Yet the historic is maintained with exposed parts of the old building. They are a very friendly couple and Heidi their dog is sweet too! In a group of farm houses and modern homes it combines Bavarian country with the conveniences of a larger town. We loved it!!!!"
