Genießen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserer familienfreundlichen und gemütlichen, 115 qm großen Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Auf insgesamt drei Etagen mit zwei Balkonen, einer Terrasse und im eigenen Garten findet jeder genügend Raum, um sich zu erholen. 
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 3-Familien-Haus in ruhiger, jedoch ortsnaher Lage von Ruhpolding. Bis zum Bäcker, zum Bahnhof und zu allen anderen Geschäften und Einrichtungen des Dorfzentrums benötigen Sie zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie neben dem Eingangsbereich und dem Gäste-WC die Küche und das Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Panoramafenster und Ausgang zur Terrasse.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Elternschlafzimmer mit Balkon sowie ein zweites Schlafzimmer und das Tageslichtbad.
Im Dachgeschoss findet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher, E-Piano, einer Loggia und reichlich Platz zum Spielen.
