Welcome to our charming, newly built holiday apartment (2025) in Oberteisendorf, Upper Bavaria—the perfect spot for your unforgettable vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land! With approx. 55 m², this bright and cozy accommodation offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 guests, ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy nature and Bavarian hospitality.



The apartment features a natural wood style, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy wonderful views of meadows, mountains, and even Salzburg in the distance. The spacious living-dining area with TV and a comfortable sofa bed with real mattress is perfect for relaxing, while the separate bedroom ensures restful sleep. The modern bathroom with shower offers comfort and functionality. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. A washing machine is available upon request.



For our younger guests, we provide a high chair, cot, and other amenities. If the weather isn't ideal, our playroom keeps children entertained. There’s also a playground right across from the apartment—perfect for little adventurers.



The quiet location, just about 5 minutes from the A8 motorway, allows quick trips to Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee, the Chiemgau region, or Salzburg. The area is ideal for outdoor activities: cycling paths, numerous hiking and climbing routes, and nature experiences await you. For your convenience, a parking space is available on the property. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property uses water-saving measures, and electricity is generated sustainably via a PV system. A supermarket is nearby, with a bakery and inn within walking distance.
