The hotel stay inside felt like a castle with high ceilings, crown moldings into the ceilings, and renissance style pictures hung in the hallways. Doors are somewhat like vault doors. Interesting place to stay, not super plush but comfortable. The front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. Our main language is English and we could communicate very easily with him as we don’t speak their native language in Prague."

"The hotel is centrally located in the city of Prague. Our rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing in the lounge with staff members, David and Mohammed, during our stay. We had the opportunity to utilize the dining room and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee was exceptional. We noted that staff were hard working individuals and always had a smile on their faces. My only critique is that we wished the breakfast buffet area was larger to accommodate all the guests."
