"Staff were all excellent and rooms super clean. TV and air con didn’t work for a period of our stay however everything else was fine. Would like to see some more facilities for Level customers. Very little to do & few options in the evening aside from one dedicated restaurant which was closed one ..."

"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs ..."

"Terrible: pictures are misleading, no air-conditioning, no wifi, owner never showed up to help. Despite several calls where they said they were 30 minutes away. At 9pm we left and found a different hotel. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague. The area is surrounded by cow farms and stinks ..."
