"A warm welcome in Kruje! The host is incredibly friendly and very helpful.
We arrived a bit later and wanted a quick bite. He ordered a pizza for us and even brought it to our room. The room is fully equipped, super clean, and has a cozy balcony. Breakfast is delicious!"

"Hôtel super mignon en plein cœur des remparts du château de Kruje. Les chambres sont agréables. La literie est de super bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.
Allez y si vous aller dormir à Kruje.
Le seul bémol est l’accès en voiture( normal c’est dans le château) mais c’est vite oublié."

"We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience.
Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel.
The room, specially the bathroom was not clean.
Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel."

"Everything was brilliant! The facilities are top class, the staff impeccably polite and well trained. Food and drink great. The team could not do enough to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience, incl organising room decoration, drinks and treats for my husband’s birthday."

"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain.
The tv had nothing on it.
Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm.
Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly.
We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches.

"My experience was horrible. I had my daughter 2yrs old and we couldnt sleep at all due to all insects inside the room. Any kind of insects from crickets, spider etc. and no one we could complain to because the people responsible were too old to take care. To consider i paid 100€ per night , even if it costs 1€ will never be back"
