API DAYS offers this charming, well-maintained, single-story villa built in 1926, ideally located in Royan/Pontaillac.

It comprises a living/dining room with a 3/4-seater sofa, a sideboard, armchairs, a TV, storage space, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, range hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, double sink, and all the necessary amenities for cooking enthusiasts.
The kitchen opens onto the outside through two French doors.

There are two bedrooms: one with two double beds (2 x 140 cm) and one single bed (90 cm), and a wardrobe; the other with a double bed (1 x 140 cm), closets, and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a sink.
