"The elevator was broken, had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Stairwell was filthy and wreaked of smoke. The third floor said nonsmoking but it was very strong in the hallway. The room had stained walls, ceiling and chair. There was the smallest handsoap ive ever seen. Poor lighting in the room and lack of electrical outlets. Has to unplug the clock to get use of one. Thought about leaving and going to the hotel next door. Wouldn't recommend due to the poor air quality with smoking. Would not stay here again with children of any age. Price seemed okay when booking but after our arrival, it was not worth that amount. "

"Only stayed to sleep. Arrived 10 pm and left early in the am. Sufficient for that, everything clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom well equipped and the linens smelled good. Only thing that bothered me was a noisy fan in the room. "

"Stayed in queen with kitchenette room. Perfect for long stays. Room was spotless! Hotel has gone through renovations. Excellent value, Room was quiet despite being on a very busy area of the city. Breakfast was good! Varied."

"Nice room for the price, great location right off Calgary Trail with lots of things to do in the area. Lots of parking, staff was very friendly. About the only complaint was that Expedia said there was a complementary breakfast included with the stay, which there wasn’t. Shifting gears on that was simple enough with several places to eat in the area. "
