Hoviranta by Interhome

60 km north of Rovaniemi, River Raudanjoki 40 m, deep, hard stone bottom, no boat available.

Log cottage 2003, kitchen area, living room with 2 convertible sofas, sleeping loft with 4 mattresses. Sauna (electric), open porch. Separate entry to sauna and toilet through the terrace.

Also a separate roofed hut with sleeping space (sofa bed) for 1-2 persons, minikitchen, fireplace, toilet and shower. The hut is available at extra fee, 35e/reservation. Guests can enjoy the beauty of nature for example by hiking to the top of Käyrästunturi fell. Other activities hiking, fishing, hunting and berry picking in autumn time.

In winter time skiing and reindeer safaris. Road no. 4 passes behind the cottage about 100 meters away but is not visible, although traffic can be heard.
3G-network in the area (please notice that internet connection is not provided; client has to have own Internet access and equipment).

Additional equipment: 2 bikes. No freezer, but a small freezer compartment in the fridge. Air source heat pump which can be used also to cooling in summer.

Pets are welcome (additional fee), pet fee covers 1-2 pets.

Nearest grocery store and restaurant in 8,5 km distance in Käyrämö. Luosto center about 45 min. by car, Pyhä-Luosto national park about 40 min. by car. Ounasvaara ski center in Rovaniemi about 60 km. Rovaniemi airport 55 km.

Un bon plan comme ça, on a presque pas envie de le partager. Nous avons passé 5 jours superbes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un accès direct à la salle de bain depuis l'intérieur du chalet mais il ne manque rien, on se croit chez soi.

gemütlich!

Einerseits die nicht störende Hauptstrasse in der Nähe aber trotzdem abgeschieden an toller Lage am Fluss gelegen. Gut eingerichtet für Selbstversorger, Vorratsholz für den Schwedenofen und die "coole" Sauna im Hause... einfach praktisch und genau das richtige zum Entspannen. Holzkohlen- und sogar ein Elektrogrill sind vorhanden. Einzig der etwa 1.20m hohe "Schlafraum" im Dachstock ist nicht ganz so praktisch, dafür warm weil sich die Wärme des Ofens dort sammelt.

mooi huis met schitterend uitzicht

Mooi huis. Ver weg van alle drukte. Goed voor mensen die van de natuur houden en het heerlijk een paar dagen te overleven op deze plek. Zelf eten en drinken mee nemen en het grote gebieten kan beginnen.
