    Charming duplex nestled in a fifteenth-century half-timbered building, typical of the historic centre.

    Ideally located on the Place du Vieux-Marché, you enjoy the calm of the pedestrian area, while being a few steps away from restaurants, bars and emblematic cultural sites, such as the Gros-Horloge and the Rouen Cathedral.

    The accommodation is spread over 80 m², offering generous and elegant spaces.

    On the ground floor, you can enjoy a comfortable living room with Smart TV (MyCanal, Disney+, YouTube), a convivial dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for both short and long stays.

    Ideal for 4/6 people, the apartment also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people.

    Upstairs, two quiet bedrooms with 140×200 beds and hotel-quality bedding, as well as a modern shower room with toilet.

    Everything is provided for your comfort: linen and towels provided, toiletries, Nespresso capsules, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

    A non-smoking, neat and warm accommodation, designed for a stay in complete serenity, whether for a cultural getaway, a business trip or a holiday with family or friends.

    For families with small children: the accommodation has a travel cot, a high chair and toys.

    Travellers have access to the entire accommodation.

    We can be reached 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm.

    The building does not have an lift (it is a historic building from the fifteenth century) and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is a duplex with an internal staircase between the 3rd and 4th floors.
    The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
