23m2 apartment refurbished and fully equipped with a private terrace, very rare in the center of Rouen :) Ideal location for a professional trip or discover Rouen because you will be 2 minutes walk from the old market square and 8 min walk from Sncf Station.

Housing
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a very quiet building. You will benefit from its private terrace, very rare if you want to stay in the center of Rouen!

It consists :
- an equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kitchen utensils) with a dining table
- A living room / bedroom with a large TV and a sofa. We chose not to put a sofa bed but rather a Murphy bed, much more comfortable :) You will also have a large dressing room with hangers.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. (Provision of a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel)
- Toilets.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided as well as tea and coffee for your breakfast.
Provision of an iron and ironing board.
