Suzanne welcomes you to her home in the heart of Rouen’s right bank, in a prime location between the Cathedral district and the Antique Dealers’ quarter. From the upstairs bedroom, you can enjoy a charming view of the cathedral’s bell tower. An ideal base for exploring Rouen on foot, strolling through its historic streets, enjoying the city centre’s finest spots and soaking up its unique atmosphere.
Designed to make you feel immediately at home, the apartment comprises a cosy living room, a welcoming dining room, a separate, fitted and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom with a bath, and a separate toilet.
The comfortable and welcoming living room features modern, colourful furnishings, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. You can gather here to relax, watch television or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, with Wi-Fi available for your use.
The separate kitchen has been designed to allow you to cook in complete freedom. You’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals: modern appliances, a fridge, a hob, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils.
The bedrooms invite calm and relaxation thanks to their contemporary décor, soothing atmosphere and lovely natural light. The accommodation features two 160x200cm beds and one 140x190cm bed, ensuring a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bath and high-quality toiletries. A second shower room, located upstairs, completes the accommodation for optimal everyday comfort. To make your stay even more pleasant, bed linen and towels are provided.
The property does not have private parking. However, you can park your vehicle in the neighbouring streets, subject to the conditions and rates in force in the city of Rouen.
The property is managed by the L’ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week, from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. The flat is situated in a small block of flats and may therefore occasionally be subject to noise from neighbours. We thank you in advance for respecting the property and the peace and quiet of the residents. To finalise your booking and send you the access codes, you will be asked to provide a credit card authorisation via a secure link.

Ideally situated just a short walk from Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Maclou Church and the charming pedestrianised Rue des Antiquaires, it is the perfect base from which to explore Rouen on foot and fully enjoy its historic and lively atmosphere.
From the accommodation, let yourself be charmed by the cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, small shops, antique dealers, cafés and restaurants that make up the charm of the city centre. This iconic neighbourhood, rich in history and heritage, immerses you in the medieval soul of Rouen whilst offering the liveliness and friendliness of a dynamic city centre.
In just a few minutes, you can reach the city’s must-see attractions, such as the banks of the Seine, the Place du Vieux-Marché, or the many cultural and culinary spots that define life in Rouen. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away, and a mini-market is less than 150 metres from the accommodation, ensuring a stay that is as convenient as it is enjoyable.

Bus: Several bus routes run along rue de la République or on Place de l'Hotel de Ville, including routes 11, F1 and F7. These routes serve various points of interest, making it easy for you to get around Rouen and the surrounding towns.
If you're arriving by train from the SNCF station, take the F7 or 11, which will drop you off at the République stop at the foot of the flat.
TEOR: The TEOR line, a high service level bus service, is also nearby. It allows you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the city, with strategic stops linking key areas of the city.
If you are arriving from the bus station, take the T1, T2 or T3 to the République stop.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases. What's more, the property is on two floors.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided on arrival for the duration of the stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
