Good, quiet and clean place
A little out of town but easy commute to the center by metro, metro is about 7mins walk. Breakfast was great, everything worked as expected, rooms are on the small side, temp is well maintained in the common areas, pool table has seen better days

Great value for money. Breakfast really good with a machine that makes fresh orange juice. Lovely furnishings. Not actually in the centre but a tram stop not far. Excellent for a budget hotel

The lobby was nice. The room was pretty typical of most Ibis hotel rooms. Easy free street parking. Kinda far from city center but bus stop was a short 2 minute walk.

I stayed here for ease of parking,location and price. Parking a bit mis leading as you have to pay to use the IBIS car park -not excessive maybe 12 euros the night but not advertised.Team line in front if Hotel so very little street parking but I fid find a space so didnt have to pay Its a good 45 minute walk to Old Market place but there is s Tram service that passes in front of Hotel and 10 minutes to Old Town .Was free on Ssturday

Easy check in, spacious room for an ibis budget. We had a third person in room but bed folds up into wardrobe when not in use so no problem. Modern stylishly decorated in reception area. Breakfast good value. It is about a 30 minute walk into Rouen or good bus service. Suited us as parking was secure and reasonably priced.

More than surprised to find a Budget Hotel with these amenities! Great room, small but very clean, great shower. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices. Parking was easy and welcomed after a long drive.

Not disappointed with my buget stay
Comfortable stay and staff were very helpful. Bedroom was fine and functional. It was unadorned and didnt encourage one to hang out there , but then again I was sightseeing.. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel but the parking fees are too high
The hotel is generally modern and welcoming, the staff are mostly lovely. Our room was a little small for a family booking, and we had to wait until last minute to see if we could have a cot in the room or bring our own. The chrome cast wasn’t working in the room and the staff never sent anyone to fix it after we enquired. The breakfast is nice but €10 is a little steep unless you eat a lot. The queue for the coffee machine is insane!! The parking should be maximum €5 a night, not €8. The staff will tell you the area outside isn’t safe to park, but it is. There’s little crime.

lovely reception area which was clean, airy and very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been any nicer, really. The rooms were very basic. One room had a smell like bad drains and the pillow case had a brown mark on a corner that was off-putting.

Budget hotel done well. Rooms simple yet clever and modern with USB sockets and shelves and slots for belongings. Modern reception area and barrier controlled parking. Easy to find and great as a late stopover on our way through France.

Hotel Breakfast was food. We had two rooms. One didnt have ac. Location is not the best. Fairly remote. If ur a family, and want to viait the city, try a different location.

Clean and pleasant hotel with relaxing public areas. The staff were rhelpful and friendly. The charge for overnight parking was a bit pricey. There were not many decent restaurants nearby especially on Monday evenimgs. Public transport into Rouen was good but you had to discover for yourself how it works; a pity that you couldn't buy the basic tickets in the hotel

Very bad experience in the hotel no kettle to boil water for cup of tea or coffee. No waldrope to hangs clothes. Very disappointed

Great basic hotel, clean and good shower/wet room Breakfast was chaotic, lots of guests needing to be fed and just 2 young members of staff. Nearly all of the food was gone and special requests were needed for more bread cutlery etc.It needed at least 2 more staff members there. Hardly anywhere to sit. Maybe we picked a bad time 09-40hrs but there was hardly anything to choose from, all very disorderly!

great little budget hotel albeit 30 minute walk into Rouen - overall very good with excellent public areas - only negative was room was very small for 3 adults and it did impact negatively on our stay

Great room. Small but very functional and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No restaurant or store on site. (No ice machine but don’t really know if that’s just France). Area around the hotel is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe.

This hotel was great. The parking was a bit confusing. Please take note: when you enter, you get a ticket. To exit, you need to pick up an exit ticket from the front desk. To renter, you pick up another ticket. To exit at the end, you just use one of your enter ticket to pay 8 euro. Other than that, the hotel was located in a great location, a bit far from downtown but drive able. The room was small. For party of more than 2, the extra bed is located inside the closet. The breakfast was great.

Lovely communal areas - lobby, games room, bar area. Very funky design and cool for table seating spaces with lots of options. Room were really decent with nice design touches. Very clean and new. Bed comfort ok. Overall excellent value for money. Only disappointment was location. It’s not in the centre of Rouen as the name suggests but in fact a good 1.5 miles away - around 30-40 minute walk. And not a scenic one either.

Clean modern comfortable with very nice staff. Room to sit outside and a reasonable bar, great parking and very secure including underground if hot. Brilliant hole in the wall burger bar 100 yards left out the front door fresh every day made to order expect 15 min wait .. worth every minut

Lovely hotel
