"We stayed 3 nights March 2024 and it was absolutely fabulous! Our hostess made us very welcome, all spotlessly clean, fab breakfast and rolls to takeaway for lunchtime. It's a great location to pay your respects at the WW1 war graves and to visit the museums. Ypres is a wonderful town with excellent local restaurants, chocolate shops and obviously the Menin Bridge with the 8pm "Last Post" every evening. It was a shame that the bridge is currently covered for renovations but this didn't detract...

"The "shared common area" with 7 private rooms is a great set up. The property is beautiful, and the place is very well stocked with everything you'll need. A great location for a larger group to book the entire venue. We plan to return with a group for Ronde van Vlaanderen. "

"I'm not usually a 5 star-er, but this place deserves them all. The owners were lovely, the room was welcoming and warm. Breakfast was great, complete with a lovely homemade yogurt. All the small details were just right, down to the soft bathrobes and slippers - would definitely recommend! "

"Christine and Olivier have a lovely house and have made it comfortable and welcoming for guests. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and airy with a super bed. There is tea and coffee provided and breakfast was just right. We had dinner in Nieppe one night and also in the Chaplin bar across in Belgium. There is a Hyper-U just by the highway if you are looking for bargains ahead of the ferry home. We cycled in to Lille along the canal which was very enjoyable. The park opposite is nice...

The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing. "Joli séjour dans cet ppartement lumineux et spacieux non loin de la grande place de Roubaix mais aussi proche du Musée de la Piscine. C'est l'occasion aussi de découvrir le vieux Lille grâce au métro. Tous les matins et tous les soir, la petite terasse sur le balcon a permis de se détendre avec un petit déj ou un apéro tranquillou."
