First room, safe did not work, second room was all good. WiFi in room is terrible, hardly connects, in hotel lobby it is good but need to improve the connection in the rooms, especially for a 4 star hotel.

Quirky shaped corridors and clean, quiet rooms. The advert had said city views but that certainly wasn’t the case in my room which looked over a busy crossroads! However, rooms were quiet and access to trams and Metro was excellent.

Bed comfortable, breakfast good, shower warm. Only downside was the slight mould on the shower sealant. The road outside wasn’t the quietest, but I always sleep with earplugs anyway so no trouble.

One of our party was given a room, when he went to his room it was already occupied ! I asked for a iron and ironing board to iron my shirt for the following day. The receptionist said that there was one at the end of the corridor. There wasn't !

Was disappointed after I contacted the hotel prior to arriving asking for early check in, was advised by a representative that I could arrive by 12 and it will be ready. I had a long overnight flight and was hoping the hotel would accommodate my request as other hotels have in the past. Upon arrival I found out that the room was not ready and was provided one after waiting for 3 hours. Hotel was clean and the room amenities were as described. I don’t think I will be coming back as their customer service was not helpful. I hope better communication is used next time to inform clients about their inquiries.

Totally recommend to get the paranormal view room come surprisingly with a Sonna and Jeted tub, amazing view and comfortable bed. I love it here anytime again !!

Nice staying here. Located by the maritime Museum, boat taxis, boat cruises, the pedestrian area and bars are super close. The metro is located directly I front of the hotel. Parking g are rage about a 10 minutes walk and the shopping area is in that area as well as the tourist information center. Breakfast was pretty decent. The service was great as well. Was able to get a day pass for the metro at the front desk. Would stay again.

Excellent room and breakfast. However, despite very pleasant staff at the front desk, the IT system could not cope with me paying for my room and my colleagues room all together on one bill. Mystifying.

Ideal location for Eurostar/trams and metro and positioned within the old dockyard , so a lovely location. Unfortunately on the second day after returning late we found the keys no longer worked and the room had not been cleaned or fresh towels. The colleague at the desk was very surprised and offered to have the room cleaned immediately and provide fresh towels. Breakfast was ok , strange to view a working breakfast colleague taking food and eating it when they thought no one was looking ! Desk colleagues excellent and swimming pool was very quiet , with excellent views. Nice to have a fridge , unable to adjust so setting was not cold enough.

Terrible for a 4 star hotel! Our room was freezing - the heating was broken so were given a small heater which did not warm the room up enough. They said they were too busy to move us to another room but loads were still available. Awful customer service. Very noisy and also there was a bad smell in the lobby and restaurant area.

Visiting for a Conference
The hotel was recommended by the Conference organisers. Sadly the hotel, or should I say hotels, has two receptions and only one has very clear signage to say this is the hotel entrance. One is a 5* and the the is 4*. I was in the 4* hotel and it was pleasant and comfortable. I had a third floor room with a harbour view. The breakfast service was excellent. Reception staff professional and friendly. You can buy tram/metro tickets from the hotel reception. They have a panorama area - sadly I was advised you cannot access it unless you are attending an event.

Why offer free alcohol at breakfast?
The room was comfortable, though the bathroom had a nasty smell and could have done with a deep clean. My main point of criticism is that I don't think any hotel should offer free alcohol at breakfast. I think this is just disgraceful.

The hotel was nicely located near the restaurant area and our room had wonderful views of the harbour. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, but the layout was strange and no power point on one side of the bed. Fortunately I always bring an extension cord for my CPAP machine. Shower was effective but water pooled due to floor design and this in turn caused water to leak towards the toilet.
