The breakfast area was not well maintained, with noticeable cleanliness issues, including a dirty floor and the presence of broken glass. Additionally, there was an insufficient supply of cups, forks, and cereal bowls, resulting in delays for guests. The bread did not appear to be fresh. Service from the breakfast staff was less attentive and welcoming compared to other locations. Furthermore, the elevator service was inefficient and did not meet expectations."
