Im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, da sich der Hauptteil im Souterrain befindet. Ein eigener Parkplatz rundet das Ganze ab.Als kleine Anregung: Gardinen für den Hauptbereich wären schön, um den Raum bei Bedarf etwas mehr zu verdunkeln. Das vorhandene Plissee ist zwar schon eine tolle Idee, reicht aber ggf für einige Gäste nicht aus - VG"
