"We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour."

"The location of the Hotel is excellent. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. Our one criticism is that the breakfast is poorly organised. i.e the butter and jam should be next to the bread, the 'hot food' area should be signposted as it is tucked away from the main breakfast area. We had booked 3 breakfasts not realising that on the weekend it started later. Due to our early departure time on the Sunday we were not able to have a breakfast. Our request for a refund was refused and instead we were offered a picnic at 07.30 am which was certainly very poor value for the money the breakfast had cost. "
