Cockroaches

Our room had cockroaches. We complained 3 times to reception. On the 3rd they offered to move us to another room. We did this at midnight with 2 little kids. We were given an empty bag for the inconvenience.

Stayed in room 3040 with so much water damage to the bathroom door it prevented privacy when using the toilet. We couldn’t close the door while doing the most private of functions. The rooms don’t come with a water kettle.

El mejor en mis 56 años de vida

Además del excelente trato por parte de todo el personal, el equipo de animación, tanto para niños y adultos a sobrepasado la máxima puntuación, muy bueno es poco, a mis 56 años he de decir que son las mejores vacaciones de mi vida en general y en especial en cuanto a entretenimiento y mira que he viajado por todo el mundo, el equipo de animación, mini club (tengo un peque de casi 6 años), entretenimiento para los adultos, yoga, jumping, aquagym, mini disco, teatro ha superado mis expectativas, nunca, pero nunca, habíamos disfrutado tanto, la variedad de sus actuaciones que durante 14 días de estancia nos entretuvo de una manera excelente, sin repetir continuamente las actuaciones nocturnas. Mi hijo además de hacer amiguit@s ha quedado encantado, preguntando cuando volvemos. Así que hasta el verano que viene ;-) Eché de menos un buen colchón y un gimnasio mas grande, el que hay es minúsculo.

Lo más horrible es el buffet, en el horario de comida. Super agobiante. Muchísima gente y todos como zombis. La zona de la carne a la plancha, cuando fuimos a coger antes de ayer un filete, ya se habían agotado. No preveen bien las cantidades. Luego ofrecían filetes secos y duros. Las instalaciones muy bien. Piscinas bonitas y limpias. Animadores educados y correctos. Los camareros y personal de limpieza super eficientes y correctos. La playa está al lado y es de arena finita. Paseo marítimo agradable. IMPORTANTE: solo hay 3 restaurantes en la zona para comer o cenar CARÍSIMOS,por lo que hay dos opciones: coger el todo incluido o ir a por comida al Mercadona que está al lado (media pensión). Espero que os sirva de ayuda.

Desde recepción asta la habitación tengo que caminar más de medio kilómetros. El servicio vip que tenía por tener una suite,está bastante desatendidos.el servicio de llegada y salida es muy frio y sin animo

Me gustó mucho el personal lo amable que es y a quienes son por lo que volveré a ir a ese hotel. Lo que no me gustó son las actuaciones que terminan muy pronto y no dejan ningún DJ o música para seguir en modo de discoteca. Aconsejo que se llevéis o tenían algún tipo de repelente o matamosquitos el hotel en las habitaciones, nos matan a picotaso

Hotel situado en una zona genial

La llegada fue un poco caótica pues estuvimos casi una hora y cuarto esperando para hacer el check in, algo increíble y que nos hizo empezar molestos. Después el hotel está muy bien y el servicio también

Hemos estado varias veces y todo fenomenal , pero esta vez en la habitación de al lado teníamos un perro que no paraba de ladrar . De lo que se trataba era de descansar y pasar unos días tranquilos y no ha podido ser . No estoy en contra de que entren los animales en los establecimientos, la persona responsable del animal sabe perfectamente del comportamiento de este y debería de pensar también en los demás . Por lo demás un gran hotel .
