She was incredibly easy to contact, and always very responsive. We had zero issues with the condo, but I'm sure any would have been corrected promptly, given her attention to detail. The condo itself is amazing. Since I had never been to RED before, I was most curious how far a walk it actually was from the condo to the slopes, and I can say it is an easy 3 minute, or so, walk. Exceedingly convenient. The condo had all the amenities one could want for a ski vacation - hot tub, garage, perfect entry area for gearing up, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable family area for relaxing. If your party has guests with mobility issues, the bedroom and bathroom on the entry level work perfectly. The kitchen is large and had anything we needed. There is a large dining table, perfect for spreading out a puzzle or board game, or for eating! The family area has a fireplace and comfortable seating, and the hot tub is just outside there on the balcony, protected from the elements but still with great views of the slopes! Two upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms complete the layout. The garage is just large enough for a small SUV, but there is also parking outside if your car is very large. The highest compliment I can give, is that I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit, you really can't go wrong!"
