"Zero went above and beyond. He was very helpful and professional. The house keeping was very polite, kind and attentive and the rooms were very clean. I wish there was a coffee shop but there was a machine to make your own in the lobby as well as in the rooms. Giordanos pizza was across the street a small walk away and so delicious and traditional deep dish and Stands donuts next door to that were a hit. "Airport shuttle runs every 1/2 hour to O’Hare. No issues. Heated Pool (no frills) 2 fitness gyms too. Restaurant food was good. Walked to AMC movie theatre and mall. SAFE. Though Hilton provides a free shuttle for a 3 mile radius. Every single staff member I interacted with were friendly, professional and personable! I would absolutely stay here again."
