About this property

Mountain Mindset: Pup Friendly + Trail

  • Downstairs

    Living Room: Smart TV, 2 couches, accent chairs (comfortable seating for 7-8).

    Sitting Room: 4 lounge chairs, coffee table, wood-burning fireplace (seating for 4).

    Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, duo Keurig (ground coffee and k cups), and French press. Note: Ground coffee, k cups, sugar, and creamer are provided.

    Dining Room: Dining space for 8 guests (new dining table coming soon!). The dining area is small, but we have made the most of the space with plenty of seating.

    Laundry: Washer and dryer located right off the kitchen in closet.

    Bedroom 1: King bed, dresser, large closet, and luggage bench.

    Bedroom 2: King bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV, and two chairs.

    Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, large closet.

    Note: None of the bedrooms at Mountain Mindset have an en suite bathroom. Both of the full bathrooms are located on the first floor across from the three ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a DOHM sound machine.

    Bathroom 1: Single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.

    Bathroom 2: single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.

    Upstairs

    Note: The stairs leading upstairs are steep, please navigate with caution. Please note that there is a gate at the top.

    Bedroom 4 (Loft): 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamps, full-length mirror, arm chairs. This bedroom is a loft and open to the sitting area below.

    Bedroom 5: Queen daybed and desk.

    Outdoors: Hot tub, ski closet, door dining set, Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, grill, and EV charger (50 amp outlet)

    Other Notes: The house is not equipped with central AC, but we do have window AC units for the summer months to keep the house cool.

    Dog-friendly with a $100 one-time fee. No cats, fines may apply.

    Mountain Mindset is located on Wintergreen Resort (0.6 miles from the ski slopes) and just a short (10 min) drive to Nelson 151's award winning wineries, cideries and the Brew Ridge Trail.

    This home features a private hot tub, grill, large deck, ski closet, and outdoor entertaining space, multiple living spaces, and wood burning fireplace. This is the perfect gathering place for friends and family!

Long weekend

Perfect location and cozy cute cottage. Comfortably fit 2 families. The hot tub was a must after skiing all day. The place has everything you need for a home away from home.

Mountain mindset

We had a great stay at Mountain Mindset. There was plenty of space for two families. Everything was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay

So Cozy

We came with our best friends and visited several wineries as well as the Nelson 151. It was a perfect home base to come back too. The indoor fireplace was absolute perfection. The heated floors in the bathroom, the hot tub and a well stocked kitchen made everything so much easier for us to relax. Wonderful beds as well. We loved this place!

Wonderful little cabin. LOVED the hot tub, loved the dog friendliness (and all of the little dog touches!). Very comfortable mattresses, kitchen had everything we need. Hosts were communicative and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this cabin to others!

The entire weekend was great!

The house came with a well-stocked kitchen that made making meals for 9 easy and was well-suited for a stay with 9 people and 3 dogs. The dog treats and supplies were a nice touch.
