Welcome to the perfect quiet getaway right off the Nelson 151 Brew Trail. This stunning 1891 farmhouse has been renovated into a true retreat complete with hot tub and barrel sauna. NOTE: This listing is a part of our larger Branch & Barrel parent listing. This listing is for rental of the FIRST FLOOR only, ideal for two people. Upstairs bedrooms will not be accessible during your stay.

FIRST FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - large sectional couch, accent chair, coffee table with lifting table, smart TV, closet with board games

DINING ROOM - formal dining space

KITCHEN - fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee pot and tea kettle; eat-in seating at island

LAUNDRY ROOM - new washer and dryer available for guest use; laundry detergent provided

BATHROOM - Tub/shower combo, single vanity, toilet

BEDROOM - King bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
- Hot tub
- 6-person sauna
- Wood burning fireplace with seating

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is an old farmhouse in a rural area, so there are frequently seasonal bugs
- Firewood is not provided
- There is an exterior security camera on the front porch
-While the upstairs will not be accessible during your stay, you will be the only guests on the property with full privacy.
