Washroom door missing

The staff were amazing. Smiling, cordial, human and they overall just cared about us. They always made sure that we were comfortable, had everything we needed and they did it in a way that made us feel comfortable

This place is the best. I'm coming back!

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

What an amazing little hotel. First off the location is perfect. The rooms were spacious and tidy. One of the first hotel experiences I've had where I didn't wake up so dehydrated... If you know you know. Free parking downtown Vancouver that alone saves you around $5 an hr. There is an open air courtyard with a cute little garden and an outdoor seating area next to it with a cozy gas fireplace. They even have a cocktail hr for 2 hrs every night with zero cost alcohol free cocktails and snacks. I will definitely stay again!!
