"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and completely worth the stay if you’re into Art Nuevo and LA decorative arts. The neighborhood is spotty, but I can solidly recommend the LA Central Public Library for its centennial charm and character. The only downside was that the hotel swimming pool was not available for several hours, and with no insights on when it would reopen."

"Hallway carpet is old."

"The main hotel lobby is stunning and very radiant but once you get to the elevators they look outdated and the hallways to your room look even more outdated just a plain red carpet and white walls. The suite room is very spacious but the only down fall the restroom/shower is very big out dated. You can see how everything is wearing down and the restroom needs more amenities. I wish I would have taken pictures to show what I’m talking about. The view is very nice and the bed is comfortable along with the big sofa."

"Nothing extraordinary but I had 24/7 access to assistance with any needs. A/C was solid. Parking was good. Area around doesn’t look great but the property itself felt safe. Overall good experience "

"Extremely over priced for the condition & non-existent amenities. Restaurant next door closed till 7pm, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel. Doors in bathroom cording. Curtains are so old they don’t move. Parking $45. Go elsewhere."
