Take a walk through the heart of Cusco’s artisan district, one of the city’s most beguiling and lively areas.

Our hostel was located only a few blocks away from Cusco's Plaza de Armas but it was all up hill. It was worth it though for the incredible views the hostel offered of the city! On this morning we were up early for a day tour and enjoyed our breakfast on the small outdoor patio overlooking the city. #UrbanJungle

While Santa Monica may not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Real Plaza Cusco and National University of Saint Anthony the Abbot in Cuzco.

The Inca Trail was the first (and only) booked tour I have done. With limited time to spend in Peru, the choice to join a tour group was best... loved the walk to bits, especially this part!
