In a contemporary Provençal style, every comfort will be provided to make your stay enjoyable.
Sun loungers are available around the pool (10m x 5m) for a pleasant moment of relaxation.
Please note that access to numerous French and international TV channels is available on the television.
The house is equipped with internet/Wi-Fi access.

To ensure a pleasant stay, we provide high-quality hotel linens, including bedding sets, two towels per person, kitchen towels, and bath mats.
For stays of 7 nights or more, pool towels will be provided during the summer season (May-September).

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests, plus 2 infants.

We can provide the following additional services for an extra fee:

## Neighborhood

Located in a residential area of Roquefort-les-Pins, the estate offers great tranquility away from the village center. However, the village is easily accessible on foot from the villa (only 10-15 minutes away), where you can find essential shops and a supermarket.

## Transit

Parking is available on the property, a car is recommended.
There is also the option to take a bus from the village center (Nice-Grasse line).
