Stay and relax in this beautiful holiday home in Ceps (Roquebrun) which has a heatable swimming pool for taking a refreshing dip and a cosy terrace for enjoying wine and ambience. The home has 4-bedrooms which can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. This place is ideal for couples or family on a vacation.

The Roquebrun centre is 5 km away featuring nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets for your convenience. For golf lovers, the ground is 22 km away. The l'Orbe river is 400 m away from where you can bathe and spend some time. The Kayak is also 400 m away.

Great place, great location, great views, great pool. The best place to enjoy your vacation in Roquebrun. The area is fantastic : a lot of hiking, canoe in the river Orb, biking (a lot of great rides around). We enjoyed walking in the small village Ceps every evening, great atmosphere. The House is perfectly equipped, with toys for the pools, barbecue, a lot of chairs and tables. Intrent Wifi is quite slow, unfortunately.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um das Hinterland von Béziers und die Umgebung von Roquebrun zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Blick über das Tal des Orb. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für Küche und Freizeit/Pool braucht (z.B. auch Schwimmnudeln und Bouleskugeln). Kleines Manko waren das langsame WLAN und der (wohl saisonbedingt) schwache Druck beim Warmwasser. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung (per Whatsapp) war gut: Feedback kam immer sehr schnell. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man sich im Dorf zunächst links am Orb entlang orientieren - auch wenn einen das Navi durch den Ort schicken will.

Schimmel in de douches en waterdruk was heel laag. 2 badkamers tegelijk gebruiken ging niet. Slechts een armzalig straaltje water.

Geräumiges, gut geschnittenes Haus mit toller Aussicht und praktischer Außenküche. An praktische Dinge wurde deutlich gedacht, etwa an die (Durchgangs-)Fenster zwischen der Innenküche und der Außenküche/Terrasse, die vielen schattigen Bereiche und das separate Gästehaus. Punkte, die diesem Haus zugute kommen würden: hier und da Wartung (sehr niedriger Wasserdruck in der Dusche, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss funktioniert, wird aber schwach, Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht überall draußen), klarere Informationen bereitstellen oder möglicherweise ein Upgrade durchführen (WLAN ist nur verfügbar). 1 Mbit/s, es wurden nur französischsprachige TV-Sender gefunden) und die Reinigung könnte sicherlich besser sein (Duschabflüsse durch Haare verstopft, Decke und Ecken im Flur wurden offenbar schon lange nicht mehr „geprüft“). An sich keine unüberwindbaren Dinge, daher könnte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leicht verbessert werden. Aber wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen schönen und unterhaltsamen Urlaub!

Villa Filome is een geweldige locatie waarbij het huis is voorzien van alle faciliteiten en je ook nog eens dagelijks wordt getrakteerd op een adembenemend uitzicht in de Orb vallei. Het zwembad is heerlijk, ruim en verwarmd. De studio biedt een geweldige extra huis als je met een extra stel op vakantie gaat, of bijvoorbeeld met je (schoon)ouders zoals wij. De uitstraling is luxe en alles werkt. Zeker een aanrader!

Mooi vakantiehuis. Verwarmd zwembad is erg prettig vooral voor de kinderen. Lekker buitenterras met buitenkeuken en mooi vrij uitzicht over de heuvels/bergen en wijngaarden. Langs het huis loopt een mooie wandelroute (een rondje van een paar uur) L-Ayrolle. Het is ca. 15 km naar Gorges d'Heric ook zeker een aanbeveling. Roquebrun is een leuk stadje, bij het water kunnen de kinderen spelen en in het dorp zijn we nog naar de Mediterraanse tuin geweest. Vival supermarkt was dicht in Roquebrun toen wij er waren.

wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Roquebrun. We hebben heerlijk kunnen zwemmen in het zwembad. wij hadden de pech dat de boiler stuk was, het contact met de contactpersoon was geweldig. Er werd steeds direct gereageerd op onze berichtjes of telefoontjes. De boiler is ook diezelfde week nog vervangen door een nieuwe. in een woord geweldig.
